USER TESTING

5 models were made of the top concepts.  They were then shipped to New York City to undergo a 3-day user testing. Concept A and Concept C moved on to the second phase. Unfortunately, Concept C had to be dropped because users had the (false) impression that it wasn’t powerful enough do to its lack of perforation.
